An excellent setting for large events. I attended the University of Derby graduation ceremony here, fabulous in every way...
Very interesting building nice cafe
It's a Victorian architectural engineering marvel, which must be seen to be appreciated. Normally it's part of Derbyshire University campus, but periodically, it's open to the public for exhibitions.
Great place, great atmosphere, love the detail of the building and the food to top it all off was amazing. I attended a wedding here and by far the best venue I have been to. The staff and even the security guards were lovely people. I had a chat with some of the security guards and they even came and took some pics of the car I was travelling in.
Beautiful venue for the wedding we attended.
The sight is amazing and the acoustics in there are so cool and strange that it doesn't get old.
Went here for the 1st time for the Gin Society Festival - wow! What an impressive building. Full of history. Fantastic venue for a large event. I will definitely be going again.
The Dome has a great history as does a lot of Buxton. The building is impressive and is now part of the university and is a wonderful place to get something to eat.
